ci: Update Travis-CI to use Ubuntu Linux 14.04 (trusty) and OS X 10.9 VMs

Travis-CI has the following build matrix:
- Ubuntu Linux 14.04, gcc 4.8.4
- Ubuntu Linux 14.04, clang 3.5.0
- OS X 10.9, clang 600.0.57 (based on LLVM 3.5svn)

ndn-cxx: NDN C++ library with eXperimental eXtensions

ndn-cxx is a C++ library, implementing Named Data Networking (NDN) primitives that can be used to implement various NDN applications. The library is currently being used as part of the following projects:
