tools: deprecate nfd-status command line options

nfd-status command line options are deprecated in favor of
nfdc subcommands such as 'nfdc face list' and 'nfdc status report xml'.

'nfd-status' without command line options is kept as an alias of
'nfdc status report' and is not deprecated.
