docs: corrections in Getting Started page

* Replace nfdc command lines with new syntax
* Remove mentioning of deprecated 'ndnd' and 'ndnd-tlv'
* Remove 'start nrd' step which has been removed
* Remove mentioning of ndn-cxx 'ndncatchunks3' and
  'ndnputchunks3' which have been moved into ndn-tools
