tools: delete legacy nfdc and nfd-status invocations

The following legacy nfdc sub-commands are deleted:
- register
- unregister
- create
- destroy
- set-strategy
- unset-strategy
- add-nexthop
- remove nexthop

nfd-status no longer accepts command line arguments.
