- Replace removed RandomVariable with RandomVariableStream
- Replace deprecated usages of AddTraceSource
- Update changed LogComponent interface

clone NS-3 and pybindgen repositories, so the code can be built.
docs: Update to reflect new home of ndnSIM and related sources
