model: Updated API for pluggable wire format
As of this commit, the selected (default) wire format is controlled via
global variable ndn::WireFormat:
Config::SetGlobal ("ndn::WireFormat", IntegerValue (ndn::Wire::WIRE_FORMAT_CCNB));
or
./waf --run="... --ndn::WireFormat=1
