Update git submodules

* Update ChronoSync from branch 'master'
  to 675d6fb21088aba8e4181c40b5ddcbaeba55d2a8
  - Rename VERSION to VERSION.info to avoid conflicts with modern STL
    
    On case-insensitive file systems (e.g., macOS), inclusion of the new
    standard <version> header resulted in unexpected inclusion of VERSION
    file.
